Landscape Designer / Artist / Writer

When I was in a graduate school which focus on Landscape Architecture in Japan, I had a chance to study in the States for a year. In the States, I have visited some land art works also known as earthworks such as the lightning field by Walter de Maria, Johnson Pit #30 by Robert Morris and Canyon Earthworks Park by Herbert Bayer. Those experience truly changed my perspective. A mix of landscape design and art have huge power to change both field, and will give a great chance to think about the relationship between people and nature.
